I really wanted turning ‘4-0’ to be a celebration.  A happy time with memories of adventure, fun, love and excitement.  My husband and I have ‘dreamed’ of this trip for a long time and decided that life was too short to only dream so we booked our trip, packed our bags and set out for a trip that was amazing in so many ways!

My bucket list city to visit was Venice and it was the last stop on my Birthday adventure! I am so glad we saved it to the end because there was so much excitement and anticipation building up to it!

This is probably one of my favorite photos from my trip ….. This was from our water taxi as we turned in to the Grand Canal.  This moment was everything I dreamed of.
